There are several housing options available for our visitors. We have a rustic log cabin located on the banks of one of our marshes. Many of our hunters and other visitors enjoy this experience which offers further immersion into living where the wildlife is. It is not uncommon to have deer, waterfowl, and other wildlife pass by the front door of the cabin at any time of the day or night.

If you prefer more modern accommodations, we have an arrangement with a local Bed and Breakfast in Lakin, just five miles to the west of our headquarters. There are also several motels nearby that are clean and modern. We will work hard to make sure you are comfortable while enjoying your outdoor experieince. Please let us know how we can help you with any special needs you may have.

Although we hope your hunting experience with us will be enough to fill your day with a great outdoor adventure, we understand that time away from the field is also important. Taking in some local flavor with a meal at a local restaurant, shopping at some of our unique retail establishments, or reliving hunting stories over your favorite beverage at a local watering hole are all great options. While the Oasis is located in a rural area, Garden City is only 15 minutes away. This progressive and culturally diverse community of 30,000, has great shopping, many restaurants, an accredited zoo offering free walk-in admission, a 3,600 acre bison refuge, and plenty of motel choices. The city's ethnic diversity ensures many unique dining options and we would be happy to advise you as you plan your free time.

Time not spent in the field is not wasted, as the homemade meals of lamb, authentic Mexican food and other ranch and farm favorites are a special part of the Oasis experience.  Adrian’s homemade tortillas, hand rolled and freshly grilled in a cast iron skillet, then slathered with butter, are an experience you won't want to miss.
